Transportation services are not provided for out-of-district students. Families will need to arrange their own transportation to and from the selected schools.

Please complete an enrollment packet online or in-person at 104 N 4th Ave, Yakima WA 98902. Enrollment will be on a first-come, first-served basis and subject to availability.

Once your child is enrolled, we will request their academic records from their previous school. It is important to ensure all necessary documents are submitted promptly to avoid any delays.

Yes, out-of-district students will have access to the same educational programs, extracurricular activities, and resources offered at their enrolled school as in-district students.

All out-of-district students must reapply for admission for each school year. Once admitted a out-of-district student may remain in the District for the full academic year, unless attendance, academic performance or behavior is unsatisfactory.

Out-of-district fifth grade students enrolled in the Yakima School District and at the transition from elementary to middle school may enroll in the middle school within which the majority of that elementary school’s boundary area students would normally attend unless sufficient space is not available.
